Sorry if i came across that way i was just trying to give a helping hand cause the issue your talking about doesn't happen to me that often.
It only happens to me if I open the menu and save while on the same page.👍🏽
Or you can just try to be careful of when you save and try not to use the character menu alot🤷🏽♂️cause i doubt its gonna get fixed any time soon since its a problem that happens on other games to
Make sure to not enter the menu section whenever saving or else when u load the save it will take u to the menu where you'll be stuck
